Owner-managed estate agency, founded in Berlin in 1984 and working exclusively in Mallorca since 1993. The owners are Lutz Minkner, Edith Minkner and Marvin Bonitz, and the team comprises more than 30 staff. The head office is in Santa Ponsa (Avenida Rey Jaime I, 109), with further offices in Port Andratx (Avenida Mateo Bosch 8), Palma/Son Vida and Santanyi. The area focus is the south-west of Mallorca from Costa de la Calma to Port Andratx; the agency brokers villas, fincas, apartments, plots and luxury properties including holiday and long-term rentals. A member of the estate agents association ABINI, it has been named a Bellevue Best Property Agent since 2006.
